Mohd Halmishahril Bin Ahmad Jamir joined the Board of PMB Investment on 15 August 2023. He is currently the Director of Investment and Subsidiary Development at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). He started his career with MARA as the Assistant Director, Education Sponsorship 2004. Since then he has held various positions in the areas of entrepreneurship, education, and investment within MARA. In total, he brings with him 16 years of experience in planning, developing, organising, and implementing organisation strategies and policies toward the objectives based on MARA's vision and mission.

Mohd Halmishahril obtained his Bachelor in Management Technology from University Teknologi Malaysia in 2002 and a MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University Kuala Lumpur (UNIKL) in 2013.
