Datuk Mohd Idzwan brings with him over 12 years of experience in the finance and investment industry, coupled with a proven track record of leadership and strategic management. His academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from the University of Salford, United Kingdom. Datuk Mohd Idzwan has also completed professional programs in Islamic finance.

Before assuming his role as Chairman of PMB Investment, Datuk Mohd Idzwan held several senior executive positions, including Executive Director at Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad and Invesco Capital Management Berhad. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of CDMH Capital Sdn Bhd. His diverse experience spans various industries, including telecommunications, banking, and asset management.

In addition to his corporate roles, Datuk Mohd Idzwan has contributed his expertise as a board member on various committees, including serving on the Olympic Council of Malaysia and acting as a board advisor to Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN), where he chaired the procurement and investment division.
