For your information, there have been several changes and additions to the Master Application Form and Investment Request Form in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Securities Commission.  

The use of these forms will be effective from 1st March 2024 for all Funds EXCEPT: 

1. 1. PMB Wholesale Sukuk Fund 
2. 2. PMB Shariah Greater China Equity Fund 
3. 3. PMB Shariah Global Equity Fund 
4. 4. PMB-An-Nur Waqf Income Fund  

The old Master Application Form and Investment Request Form are still applicable for these 4 Funds until further notice. 

The new Master Application Form and Investment Request Form can be downloaded from the official PMB Investment Berhad website starting 1st March 2024 at https://www.pmbinvestment.com.my/how-to-invest/forms/
