Encik Nik Mohamed Zaki Nik Yusoff commenced his professional journey in 1986 within the financial sector at Pacific Bank Berhad. In 1989, he transitioned to Affin Bank Berhad before advancing his professional pursuits at Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd., assuming the role of Manager Corporate Banking from 1990 to 1994.

Thereafter, Nik Mohamed Zaki embarked on a significant chapter with Pelaburan MARA Bhd., where he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2013. His leadership extended to the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Group’s Unit Trust and Fund Management subsidiary, PMB Investment Bhd. He also sits in the Investment Committee of the Board.

In addition to his distinguished career, Nik Mohamed Zaki contributes his expertise to the financial landscape in an advisory capacity. He is affiliated with Musharaka Venture Management Sdn. Bhd., a shariah-based private equity firm, providing valuable insights. Furthermore, he assumes a role on the board of select investee companies associated with Musharaka.

Nik Mohamed Zaki’s commitment to excellence and strategic insights led to his appointment to the Board of PMB Investment Berhad on 29 May 2023, further solidifying his impactful presence in the financial industry.
