Objective

The objective of the Fund is to achieve capital growth over the medium to long term period by investing in a diversified portfolio of Shariah-compliant securities listed on exchanges in the Greater China region.

Asset Allocation

Under normal circumstances, investment into Shariah-compliant equities and Shariah-compliant equityrelated securities ranges between 70% and 99.5% of the NAV of the Fund. The remainder will be invested in Islamic money market instruments and/or Islamic deposit placements. The equity allocation may be reviewed from time to time depending on the global, regional and local economic as well as equity market conditions. This includes assessing the relevant political, economic and business environment prior to making investment decisions.
